Shipping cost depends on the package weight, sizes and area and shipping company.
We always advance you to choose: the most suitable one for you which means the best one for your demands not only on delivery time but also on price.
The shipment method you choose can influence your cost and shipping time.
If the item damaged, stolen etc. We will contact the corresponding shipping company for a refund or re-delivery.
Options for Shipping
1. Ship from US Warehouse
1) Ship from US Warehouse (Valid for the USA Local Address Only - Normally takes about 3-5 working days to arrive)
* Only Item titles marked "Ship from US" will ship from a US warehouse!
2. Shipment from Shenzhen/ Hongkong warehouse
1). DHL Express, EMS, UPS, TNX, FedEx.
2). Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service
* Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service includes Netherlands Post, USPS Post, YANWEN Express, 4PX Express, etc.
* Order amount less than 150USD, and package weight less than 2KG will be sent by Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service.
* But if you want us to send it by DHL, you can choose "Premium Delivery" and pay for the extra shipping for express service. Finally, we will send it to DHL.

1. France, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic and other Europe countries → YANWEN (no tax).
We will always ship your item by YANWEN because some Customs checks strictly. Delivery time is 10-15 working days. Here are the details: YANWEN special line to Spanish, Portugal, Czech Republic and other Europe countries.
2. Russia, Belarus, Ukraine etc.→ DHL/EMS.
Default shipment method to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine is DHL (12-20 working days for delivery). But we can send it by EMS if you want, as long as it doesn't contain any batteries.
3. Brazil→DHL/EMS.
Please offer your CPF No. (tax No.) if you would like to ship your item by DHL, UPS, TNT or Fedex. But you can choose EMS, HongKong post or Singapore post if you don't have CPF No.
Notice: Please leave your PHONE NUMBER when you make the payment on OBDSTARStore.com as that is very important for delivery. The express company needs it to let you know your item arrives at your final address.
Delivery Time
5-7 working days → Express: DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex
7-10 working days → EMS
7-18 working days → Flat air mail: Yanwen Express and 4PX Express.
Tax:
The buyer should pay for the taxes if there is any.
4 factors that may influence the shipping time:
First, it is destination. For some remote area and some remote countries, the delivery time is about 1-2 working days longer and you have to pay some extra shipping cost. But EMS, Singapore post and Hongkong post have no remote area.
Second, it is package weight. If the package weight is over 21kg, it will need one day longer of the delivery time than the package under 21kg.
Third, it is stock status. Usually when we receive your payment we will ship out your item in 2 days, however if our product is out of stock temporarily we will try our best to send the package ASAP as we know this situation.
Fourth, weather condition and holiday. Sometimes the bad weather condition and festival time will influence the shipping time.
