My device is out of date. Will this update allow me to program 2017 2018 Toyota all smart keys lost. When I try to do it it says ecu error code. Doesn’t allow to read eeprom.

It's first time when I have a obdstar x300 dp I buy it from a guy and after reset it and after I try to register and does not allow my to create an account it's says it's at READY register.
