A:Dear Goran,
Upgrading it to C version won't change the update time.
Due to your device's update has expired, you have to add a one year update subscription before upgrading it to C version.

Q:I bought a used KeyMaster DP Plus device that I saw on Facebook including the previous owner’s subscription.He’s not sure whether its an A package or C package. How can I find out and how do I update?

A:Please provide its serial number so we can check it for you
