X300 DP Plus can program bmw and Mercedes keys by obd?

X300 DP Plus could program keys for some Mercedes by OBD, but it can't program keys for BMW.

Yes, it could do H chip all key lost but only for US and middle east version.
It can't work on Toyota H chip if the car is  European version
