No, you need to change the BCM and match the BCM to the car by other tools in advance.

There is a high chance that the OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus can do odometer adjustment on 2018 GMC sierra and Chev Silverado and a 2019 Classic Ram odometer.
But we are not 100% sure.
Please know that it changes the odometer on the dashboard only, not in the ECU.
It does not change engine hours.
