You can apply for refund within 1 month since the date you received the goods. Detail rules as follows:
1. Full Refund
(a) When the items you receive have quality problem, including problem in the hardware, software or adapters,we will refund you full money.
(b) If we send wrong items to you, which is our responsibility to refund full item value and pay the extra fee for you.
(C) If you order the wrong products, please send the whole package back to us, we will refund your money.Please kindly note that you need to pay for the shipping fee when you send the package back.
2. Item is Out of Stock
If product is out of stock, we will send email to check whether you want to exchange or get a refund. If you want to get a refund, we will refund the money for this goods to you, if there are still other items for this order , we will send the rest to you. If you want to cancel the order, we will refund full money to you.
3. When the product is lost in transit to you by shipping company, we will refund fully or resend you a new good item.
4. Item you do not want (Non-Quality Issue)
In this situation, please contact our customer service within 7 working days and return package within 30 working days. We will not undertaken any shipping cost for shipping the item back to us, we will also deduct 10% handling fee and the shipping cost we paid to ship the order to you from the total payment amount.
