OBDSTAR P003+ Kit for OBDSTAR DC706 series

OBDSTAR P003+ Kit is the upgrade version of P003, which supports the following models require a higher frequency clock during the decryption process(ME9.0, MED9.1, MED9.6.1, ME9.6.1, MED9.5.10, EDC16C39, EDC16CP35, EDC16C8). 
Support P002 and P003 functions
Works together with OBDSTAR DC706 series
